Are We There Yet?

Hi, Beautiful Dolls!
Sure hope everyone is wonderful & that your hearts are happy!

Here's our Moving e-cap so far...

After 3 full days of loading & some transportation malfunctions...we are FINALLY going to leave tomorrow morning! YEEAAAYYY!!!

With the

from

we are finally all packed & ready to go! These guys...Gary, Fernando, Alex & Santos...are AMAZING & some of the hardest working guys I've ever seen! Thank you, with ALL of our heats! It would have taken us 10 more years to get out of here without your help! Ha Ha!

Here's what we fed our crew...

And this...

& they couldn't have been more grateful or more wonderful!

They showed up Monday morning at 8am, and all of us worked until 12:30am, that night (morning)! Long long day/night, but we got it all covered & our driver Gary was on his way!

With everything including our beds gone...B & I had our own private slumber party in our room! SO SO fun! I live for these moments!

After a cozy night's sleep...we were up and at it bright & early and ready to take on a new day!

As this new day comes to and end, with B sound asleep right next to me, and my eyes closing as I type this...it's time for me to call it a day too! Sweet Dreams, Little Angels.

One day closer to our new "Paradise",

Moving Day!

I can't believe this day is finally here! The boxes are all packed & the truck is on it's way, and B & I couldn't be more excited! Not to leave all of you that we love so very much (you know we'll always be around & back to visit), but to start this brand new adventure in our lives! It's been a long time coming & we just feel, with all of our hearts...it's where we belong. Individually...and together. It just feels like home.  For a while now, something has been missing in my life, and for some reason...it doesn't feel that way there. I've got everything that most people would dream of- The Man of my dreams, the world's Best Family, Great Friends, Health, Jobs that I love, Wealth (Thank You, Jesus), Babies that I ADORE (D&G), but something still felt a little empty. SO difficult to describe, but something was "off". Whatever that something is...it's not missing in Texas! I feel, well...the best way to describe it is 100% at peace. You know that feeling when you walk in the door from a long day at work & your heart says, "aaahhhh"? Well...my heart didn't say that here. As amazingly beautiful as our home is/was...it never really felt like "home". Without even a chair to sit on...our new house does! And let me tell you how wonderful that feeling is! The best part though, is that (THANK GOD) B feels it too! He loves it just as much as I do, so it is completely our decision...together. In the 5 years I've been with him...I have NEVER seen him as calm & relaxed. We're both gonna live 100 years longer! Ha Ha! I can't even describe how excited I am to start building our lives as our own little Family, both now, and when we decide to have kids. I want to begin our own traditions, and start building, not just a beautiful house...but a home. For the first time...in a long time...I'm finally there. I can't wait to share all the pictures when we're all done! SO much to look forward to & SO much to be grateful for! I sure hope all of you had a beautiful Easter yesterday & that you're lives are FILLED with the peace I've been searching for.

D&G...helping Mommy pack!

They are IN LOVE with boxes & live in them every chance they get!
Look at his arm around her. Could you just die?

Dolce's favorite spot!

We  to watch them play!

Gabbana hangin' out with Mama.

This is a lot of work. I'm done. Ha Ha.

Easter Blessings

Easter is all about a New life…New Beginnings…a Fresh Start!
“This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!” -2 Corinthians 5:17

B & I are SO looking forward to our new home in Texas & all the new adventures life has in store for us! It's so fun to explore a brand new place for the very first time, especially with your favorite sidekick in the world! He He.
So...whatever you wish to be different in your life, right this minute, today...is a brand new start! The rest of your life begins now & you can make it whatever you wish!  May it bloom just as beautiful as the flowers around you & may you forever feel the warmth of the sun!
However you spend your day today...I hope it's filled with everything & everyone you love most!

Here's a beautiful song that's perfect for this day & I couldn't agree more! AMAZING job, Carrie! I've always been a fan, but this one...INSANE! This girl can SANG!

And NEVER Forget...
I DO!

Happy Happy Easter,

Happy Earth Day

HAPPY EARTH DAY!

Earth Day is important because it raises an awareness to help save our home. It is a day to become more aware of what we all can do to help keep our environment safe and clean, for generations to come.

Just like any other holiday we do things to celebrate them. Earth day is the day you show how much you appreciate Mother Earth by "Going Green" & that includes: Recycling, Reusing, Reducing the uses of some things such as-turning off lights when not needed, turn off water while brushing teeth, using less AC, and doing everything in your power to make this world as beautiful as possible. After all though...Earth Day really is
every day & we all should do our part to take the best care of it!

Some fun activities you can do to celebrate & feel connected to nature and of course, the Earth, are...

Plant a tree
Garden
Go on a hike/nature walk
Build a birdhouse, or just put one up (Ha Ha) & bird watch
Turn in all Recycling
Eat an all organic meal
Watch PLANET EARTH
Go on a bike ride
Pack a picnic
Read a book under a beautiful tree

Take a minute to enjoy something beautiful today & be grateful for this wonderful place we call home.

Loving my Earth & all of YOU,

When Life Gives You Lemons...

Are you in need of a good scrub to exfoliate your face and get all that yucky dead skin off?

You can try this easy DIY Lemon Sugar Scrub. It helps clear up blemishes, and exfoliates all your dead or dry skin away, while at the same time lightening and brightening your face. Even if you made a boo boo with your sunless tanner this will help to erase any harsh lines or dark "splotches". It leaves your skin looking as refreshing as a nice cold glass of Lemonade, on a hot summer day!

All you need is some granulated sugar and a fresh lemon, or this handy little lemon "squeezer". Wash your face with warm water to open your pores. Take about 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and squeeze it on a cotton ball/pad. Next take about 2 teaspoons of sugar sprinkling it on your cotton pad. Scrub the cotton pad around your face in those oily spots as well as where you tend to get blemishes.

After you are done scrubbing your entire face rinse your face off with warm water and make sure you don't get any in your eyes. Complete this process by turning the water to super cold and splash your face, so that your pores become closed again. Your face should feel so soft and smooth after this.  You can also make this a moisturizing scrub as well just add 1 part Almond Oil to your cotton pad after the lemon juice.

Depending on your skin...use as often as you feel necessary. I use it about once a week, or whenever I feel in need of a little pick me up! Hope you love it as much as I do!

Happy Faces, Gorgeous...

Dare To Dream

Hey Gorgeous Dreamers!

We've all heard it said that..."what you think about...you bring about", "you create your own destiny", "ask & you shall receive", etc. Speaking from personal experience & reading A LOT of books on this...I can tell you 100%...that it couldn't be more true! Every single big achiever was a master at visualization, and wrote down every dream they've ever dreamt. If you want a Ferrari, go to a dealer ship and not only test drive it, but sit in it, take a picture in it, feel every inch of it & believe with all of your heart that you will have it. Do this with everything you want in life, and you will be shocked beyond words...at what will manifest! The power of not only positive thinking, but visualization...is absolutely mind blowing! How many people have thought to themselves, "that person is SO lucky", "must be nice", "I wish I  lived in a house like that, or drove a car like that", etc. Well let me just tell you right here, right now...YOU ABSOLUTELY CAN!!! You really can have it all. The only difference between them & you is that they see it & they believe it. It's not even a doubt to them. They WILL have it. It's just a matter of time. EVERYTHING in life is on purpose. There really are no accidents. We are all the people we are, living the lives we lead...on purpose. EVERY decision, EVERY choice, EVERY interaction...shapes our existence. Treat people right, do the right thing...no matter what is done to you, and I PROMISE you...the universe will reward you. Now, I'm not at all saying to be a doormat & let people have their way with you no matter what...I'm just saying, "an eye for an eye makes the whole world blind" (Gandhi). Let that bad karma be on them, not you. Learn the lesson...and move on. Kindness & Goodness ALWAYS wins, even if it doesn't always seem like it at the time. But also "you really are the company you keep", so remember that too. Don't dance with the Devil & expect not to get burned. You always will. Surround yourself with goodness & love & your life will be just that. BELIEVE that you deserve it & that no matter where you've come from...you can always change where you're going. Bloom where you are planted. NO ONE can take your dreams away from you & ONLY YOU can prevent them from coming true! Be your own best friend, not your worst enemy. You deserve it! NEVER let ANYONE tell you different. But remember, in addition to visualizing it...you have to live it!

Bobby & I are master visualizers & both "see" everything. We always believe that EVERYTHING is possible & that life is 200% what we create it to be. Ever since we've been together we've created Vision Boards, or as I call them Dream Boards, and let me just tell you how scary it is when all of mine started coming true! Create your board, put it somewhere where you can look at it every day, and take a few minutes to look over it & really see it. There are no rules, no instructions, nothing too big...just add whatever it is you desire, no matter how big or small. Don't be afraid. They are dreams. They're supposed to be big! A guy  in Monavie says, "dream a big dream, don't dream a small dream; the worst thing that could happen is your small dream will come true." The sky's the limit!

Here are ours...

More about & how to make one too!

The Power of a Vision Board

By. Mind-ing for Gold

Who is that in the Mirror?

Inspired by Jack Canfield's book, The Success Principles, I decided to take a good long look in the mirror. At the time I was shocked to realize that I didn't even recognize the person looking back at me.
This simple exercise is an extremely powerful way to get back in touch with or even discover for the first time, your true Vision for Yourself.
What do you see when you take a good look at your life?
What do you want to see?
What do you want to DO, BE or HAVE within the next 2-12 months that you don't have today?
Pick the first thing that pops into your mind. Everyone wants to improve something about their current physical, mental or emotional state of being.
If we're not growing toward something then we are receding away from it. There's really no such thing as 'status quo'.

What Pumps You Up?

You can focus on just one thing or many, it's up to you. Whatever it is, make sure it makes your heart go pitter-patter just to think of it.
Write it down!
Too many people skip this step - it's critical. Write it down in the present tense, as if it's already a reality.
EXAMPLES:
I love how great my new clothes look on me, now that I weigh 143!
(I like that one because it rhymes).
I am so grateful for this new position that provides me with more money, recognition and the opportunity to 'strut my stuff'!
I am ecstatic to have my credit card balance of _____, paid in full by May 15th at 5:00pm.

Get Ready to Play!

Now it's time to get really involved with your vision for yourself. It requires somedoing.
This little exercise is designed to get you visually and physically involved with your goal. If you haven't done this before, it may feel silly. You may think it's a waste of time. I promise you - it is a vital step in getting you fully connected to your vision.
And... it's fun!
Reading is Great * writing is Better * physically creating your vision is Superior!

Let's Get Physical...

Gather your favorite magazines, a pair of scissors, glue stick, and a piece of poster board. It doesn't have to be huge, even an 8 ½ x 11 piece of printer paper will be fine.
While you are thinking about the statement(s) you wrote for yourself, thumb through the magazines and rip out the pages that have images that resonate with your goal or vision.
EXAMPLE:
If you used an extra $10,000/per month in your statement, look for visuals of what you will do with that extra money.
Want to pay off your kid's college tuition (or your own student loan?). Find a picture of the college from a brochure or online, put it on your vision board and write Paid in Full across it.
Buy a couple of magazines if you have to, to get the pictures you want of an exotic vacation or remodeled kitchen.
Also add some actual pictures of money - even write yourself a check for $10,000. - date it for the target date you have chosen to receive this amount by, and glue it to your board!
Some people may actually feel uncomfortable with this process; some of you will go crazy and have a blast. Although it may not appear to be relevant with regards to earning money, it is a necessary step toward training your brain to get involved with possibilityabundance and receiving.

DO NOT EDIT – DO NOT EDIT – DO NOT EDIT!

If a picture of a Rolls Royce appeals to you - slap that photo on your board. Do not skip over it because you 'think' it's out of the realm of possibility or "who needs that anyway"?
This process will free your subconscious mind to RECEIVE the good that you desire. When we have been existing in a state of lack and limiting beliefs for so long - it takes sustained visualization and practice to create the belief of wealth and abundance.
These exercises are designed to get you emotionally involved with the good that you desire. You will begin to feel and act as if you are already in possession of the goods and freedom from debt that you are visualizing.
I have my vision board (some call it a mind-map) on the wall next to my desk. If you are shy and don't want other people looking at your board (yet) then fold it up to fit into a notebook.
Read your vision statements twice a day and take the time to gaze at your vision board. Really get involved with what you are looking at. YOU created those images for yourself.
When you feel your heart go pitter-patter at the thought of actually having, doing or giving that feeling to others - then you know you've hit the right vibration necessary to attract those things to you.

Let's Get Physical!

It is NEVER too late to start living the life you've always imagined.
Today is the first day of the rest of your life!
Go out there & get it!

Dream it. See it. BELIEVE it! You are so worth it!

Hippity, Hoppity...

Happy "almost" Easter, my Little Love Bunnies! Since I am in the middle of a huge move, and am unable to put all my adorable Easter decorations out...I thought I feel a little festive & share with you guys two cute Easter Treat ideas. The first picture is a Rice Krispy Treat that my Mama made for us growing up. How cute is she!

All they are are Rice Krispy Treats, covered with green dyed (food coloring) coconut, made to look like grass, of course & jelly beans added to look like Easter Eggs! SHE IS ADORABLE! Love her so so much! Perfect to add to Easter Platters, filled in clear bags for baskets, etc.

Here's what you'll need...

Rice Krispies
Marshmallows
Butter or Margarine
Coconut
Green Food Coloring
Jelly Beans

Make sure to prepare the "grass" mixture first & add it on top your treats as soon as you add them to your pan. They still need to be wet so that the grass & jelly beans stick.

Here's another idea I came up with, SO cute to serve to kids, friends, family, yourself...anyone! Ha Ha! Just a cup of Hot Chocolate with a Peep inside & Easter Grass under cup! The Peep I used is a new kind that's dipped in chocolate on the bottom. Makes it last longer & not melt as fast.

What are some of your favorite Easter Traditions? Let's share.

No matter what your do on your Holiday... Remember...

I DO!

Love & Hugs to my Favorite "Peeps",

Campers, Care Packages, Cool New Boat & THE CUTEST Boy...EVER! ♥

B is on his way! Every year, since he was 7 years old...B goes to a week-long YMCA Camp called Easter Caravan, which takes place at Lake Mojave, Arizona, during Easter Break (Downey School District), and teaches 6-9th grade boys how to water ski, wake board, and of course all the teachings that the YMCA represents. He started out as a Camper, then Jr. Counselor, then Counselor, & now...Director! He looks forward to it every year & puts his entire ♥ & soul into it! Not only does he donate his time & energy, but also his boat, toys & whatever it is that he thinks will give these guys the best trip...ever! Last year it was wet suits for everyone (water is cold this time of year)...this year it's everything from THE BIGGEST tubes you've ever seen, to water balloon launchers...the list goes on! He really does enjoy it as much as they do & I love helping him get all ready for it! He makes me SO proud & honored to be his Wife & I couldn't love him more if I had 2 hearts! He left this morning & I already miss him! But...I have A LOT of packing to do, so I'll be super busy!

All these years he's been sleeping in tents, but last year was the first year he rented a motor home & he discovered a whole new world! Ha Ha!!! This year he got another one & I know he'll be getting some much needed rest!

The boys are allowed to receive Care Packages & Goodies, which they love & of course...and my B is no exception! I love putting them together for him & thinking of new creative things to add! Some of the things I've given him so far are...

 ♥ A Build-A-Bear, with my voice, leaving him a sweet message. (buildabear.com)
♥Panty Gram (pantygram.com) Might seem inappropriate, but remember...6-9th grade boys...they live for that stuff! Ha Ha!
♥ The Hallmark books where you record your voice & you can read your loved ones a bedtime story. The one I made for him was called "All The Ways I Love You"
♥ Mini Photo Albums/Scrapbooks, put together with cute/funny pictures of us & captions, poems, stickers...to go along with it.
♥ A million & one cards scented with my perfume. The boys love that too!
♥ Home-made cookies, RKTreats, etc.
♥ And any other cute, creative goodies I find to add to it!

These are all cute ideas for any loved one that's away. Military, Long-Distance Love, Kids away at school, Business Trips, etc.

Some of his treats so far. Every year I give him something Sexy, something Sweet, something Sentimental & of course...all of his favorite goodies!

Waiting for his Rice Krispy Teats to cool!

His brand new toy. Picked it up yesterday...just in time for camp! SO SO happy for him! No One deserves it more!

The ABSOLUTE LOVE ♥ of My Life!

Here's what my trip would look like if I were going! In a minute you'll see why I wasn't invited! Ha Ha Ha! I introduce to you...GLAMPING! Yes...it really is the new term for...

Now that's my kind of Camping! LOL! Don't get me wrong, I do love to camp (only if I can take a shower at the end of my dirty day! EXTREME OCD, remember?), but this kind of camping...BEE-YOU-T-FUL!

I say, next year while B's away...us girls go GLAMPING! Who's with me? How fun would this be?

Sleeping Bags, Tents, & Smore's,
