One day, while playing on the computer, I came across this site & these girls & I just LOVED them both! They are Karena & Katrina & they are Best Friends, Personal Trainers & all around Fitness Gurus! 

How adorable are they? And PERFECTLY fit!

Right at the time I "discovered" them, they were coming out with new DVD's (sold at Target/Amazon, etc), so of course...I had to get them both! Ha Ha! 

They are just awesome! SO fun & young & just so so cute! On YouTube & on their site, they have awesome work out ideas, healthy food choices & recipes, cute holiday & party ideas...and just promote...ALL THINGS HEALTH & FITNESS!
